Behavioral Plans

The Pennhurst staff has over twenty-three years of experience in guiding and assisting facility managers and medical directors with their ICF/MR Behavior Support Plans (formerly called Behavior Modification Plans).

Since many of our staff are also surveyors and certified behavioral analysts, they are aware of the individual components needed in each Behavioral Support Plan and the quality issues that will make the ICF/MR revisit just a formality. In the event of an adverse revisit, the Pennhurst Group is prepared to act quickly and decisively to insure that enforcement actions are avoided.
